Apart
from being a cheese shop we are a farm style deli with
cold meats, olives olive oils, as well as interesting
savouries to compliment our cheeses.
We
also stock home made jams, farm butter and on Saturdays,
home baked bread. For the carnivores there is a choice
between eisbein, pork neck, spare ribs, and prime cut
bacon. The tastiest Cheddar and Sweet milk cheese is
always on special for the daily cheese consumer.
In
order to keep our products as natural as possible we do
not add any preservatives or artificial additives.
