History:

During March 1976 my first daughter was born. Healthy and adorable. But, on 7 months of age, she was hospitalized with food allergy. That made me decide to cook all of her baby food myself.

I made different variations, in order to introduce her to the different tastes and textures. By cooking in big quantities, I was able to freeze the food in one-meal-portions, for time and energy saving. My other daughters were born in 1986 and 1990. Of course I cooked their baby food in the same way, right from the start. One of them was extremely allergic to preservatives and colorants, in any way. In December 2003 my grandson was born, and with the preparing of his first baby food the time was just right to let my dream live.

Goal:

The preparation of well balanced pre-cooked baby food, with high nutritional value, of fresh, natural and healthy products - especially for the working mom - with:
